Postage - For orders of up to three pieces, there is a £ 2.50 charge for first class recorded delivery postage within the UK. Orders of more than three pieces will be posted at first class registered delivery cost within the UK. Orders for overseas will be posted
at cost. Payment - Can be made by Credit of Debit Card over the phone. Or by cheque, made payable to Joanna Ripley. Please write your cheque guarantee card number on the reverse. Or by BACS transfer. Your order will be dispatched as soon as the funds have cleared. Disclaimer - Please note that as gemstones are naturally occurring crystals, a slight variation may sometimes occurr in colour and size. Care must also be taken when handling and storing them as they can be delicate. Guarantee - In the unlikely event that your goods are delivered damaged or you are not happy with them, please contact Joanna Ripley by E-mail within 10 days of receipt of your order.
